Swan expeditions

Swan Expeditions is the most requested employer in the sailing maritime industry.

When you come to work for Swan Expeditions, you will sail across the world’s seas in challenging , beautiful areas. We have two beautiful Tall Ships; Noorderlicht and Wylde Swan. During summertime our ships sail in the beautiful fjords of Spitsbergen and Greenland. In autumn we sail across the ocean to the Caribbean. After a tropical winter we sail back to Europe to be back in Arctic waters soon.

Our guests are the high school trainees of our sailing program Masterskip and the international adult guests who want to have their sailing trip of a lifetime in the polar regions. Our motto (priority) is growth and training. When you work for us, you are challenged  to become better at your job and you grow to the next position. And of course you will be challenged/stimulated to learn how to train others.

If you like adventure by seeing the most beautiful areas of the world on our beautiful Tall Ships, apply at Swan Expeditions.

Above you find a short description of positions on board. If you want to apply, send your CV, photo and motivation to: work@swanexpeditions.com. Of course another way of introducing yourself, such as a vlog, or a video is also welcome. Don’t forget to add your relevant certificates.

We read this mailbox once a week and you will always receive a response to your application.
